Ingredients
  

  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 170 degree Celsius. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Take a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, add coconut flour, almond flour, cottage cheese, baking powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, coconut cream, melted butter, and melted dark chocolate.
  • Mix all ingredients properly. Take a baking mold brush with butter and pour the chocolate batter and bake for 10 minutes on the preheated oven.
  • After baking sprinkle with roasted sesame then bring to room temperature.
  • Demold the brownie and divide in equal shape.

Notes

Dark chocolate melt in a double boiler.
