Keto Brownie

Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 170 degree Celsius. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
- Take a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, add coconut flour, almond flour, cottage cheese, baking powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, coconut cream, melted butter, and melted dark chocolate.
- Mix all ingredients properly. Take a baking mold brush with butter and pour the chocolate batter and bake for 10 minutes on the preheated oven.
- After baking sprinkle with roasted sesame then bring to room temperature.
- Demold the brownie and divide in equal shape.
