Kerela Spicy Chicken Fry
Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder or sauf sauf powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Green Chillies or paste paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 2 Onion chopped
- 8 leaves Curry

Instructions
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,kashmiri mirch powder,black peooer powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,sauf powder/fennel seeds powder,salt and vinegar.
- Keep aside for 30 mins.
- Heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan.
- Add sliced onion and curry leaves and fry till transparent.
- Add marinated chicken and mix well.
- Cover and cook in a low flame.
- Add little water and cook for 7 - 8 mins.
- Serve hot with chapatis.
