  • 500 gm Chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder or sauf sauf powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies or paste paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2 Onion chopped
  • 8 leaves Curry

  • Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,kashmiri mirch powder,black peooer powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,sauf powder/fennel seeds powder,salt and vinegar.
  • Keep aside for 30 mins.
  • Heat 1/2 cup oil in a pan.
  • Add sliced onion and curry leaves and fry till transparent.
  • Add marinated chicken and mix well.
  • Cover and cook in a low flame.
  • Add little water and cook for 7 - 8 mins.
  • Serve hot with chapatis.
