Ingredients for Kasaundi Masala Paste

  • MUSTERED SEEDS one cup
  • Raw mango paste one cup
  • Green chilli paste 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric paste 1/4 cup
  • Vinegar one cup or acidic
  • Sugar 1/4 cup

How to cook Kasaundi Masala Paste

  1. Mustered seeds to be paste raw mango
  2. Add vinegar turmeric paste sugar and salt. Now water to be added
  3. Paste should be smooth and kept in a glass bottle
  4. Best before one year
