Ingredients
- 4 large Potato size hard boiled
- to Salt or salt sendha laohri salt
- 2 tbsp Green Chillies chopped
- 2 tbsp Whole red chilli broken
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 4 tbsp Kasuri methi
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Cut the potato into slices. pluck the whole red chili into two pieces. Heat the ghee in a pan pop the cumin and methi dana.
- Add green chili and whole red chili, Add potato fenugreek leaves and salt ,stir and cook for 5 minute. add lemon juice. Switch the flame. Serve hot with paratha or poori.
Recipe Notes
We can add amchoor powder instead of lemon juice.
