  • Marinate slice bitter gourd with turmeric and salt. Now dip fry karela, keep aside.
  • Take a frying pan heat, add 2 tbsp oil then 1/2tsp panch phoran masala whole red chilli.
  • Now add soft chopped skin of gourd, add turmeric powder, salt and green chilli.
  • Stir and cover to cook for five minutes.
  • Open the lid add mashed paneer, curry masala, stir again add fresh coriander leaves.
  • Garnish with fried bitter gourd and serve with steam rice.
