Ingredients
- 1 bitter gourd
- 1 cup gourd (skin finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (mashed )
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2-3 Green Chillies
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1 Red Chillies (whole )
- 1/2 tsp panch phoran
- Oil (as required)

Instructions
- Marinate slice bitter gourd with turmeric and salt. Now dip fry karela, keep aside.
- Take a frying pan heat, add 2 tbsp oil then 1/2tsp panch phoran masala whole red chilli.
- Now add soft chopped skin of gourd, add turmeric powder, salt and green chilli.
- Stir and cover to cook for five minutes.
- Open the lid add mashed paneer, curry masala, stir again add fresh coriander leaves.
- Garnish with fried bitter gourd and serve with steam rice.
Recipe Notes
- Normally we throw skin but tender skin can be used.
