Gourd and bitter gourd both are very useful vegetable. But some people try to avoid eating this vegetable. If we serve in this way people will like. Gourd must be tender skin should be soft. Otherwise it will not tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 bitter gourd
- 1 cup gourd skin finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese mashed
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2-3 green chili
- Salt as per taste
- 1 red chili whole
- 1/2 teaspoon panch phoran
- Oil as required

Instructions
- Marinate slice bitter gourd with turmeric and salt. Now dip fry karela, keep aside.
- Take a frying pan heat, add 2 tbsp oil then 1/2tsp panch phoran masala whole red chilli.
- Now add soft chopped skin of gourd, add turmeric powder, salt and green chilli.
- Stir and cover to cook for five minutes.
- Open the lid add mashed paneer, curry masala, stir again add fresh coriander leaves.
- Garnish with fried bitter gourd and serve with steam rice.
Notes
- Normally we throw skin but tender skin can be used.
