Ingredients
- 250 gm Coriander seeds
- 15 to 18 Red Chilis
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Pigeon pea Toor Dal
- 1 tbsp Bengal Gram Split, Channa Dal
- 1/2 teaspoon Rice Raw

Instructions
- Heat a pan and dry roast the above ingredients separately. In a medium to low flame and allow them to cool completely.
- Grind all the ingredients to a smooth powder.
- Store in an air tight container.
