Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Coriander seeds
  • 15 to 18 Red Chilis
  • sprig  Curry leaves
  • tsp  Cumin Seeds
  • tsp  Black Pepper
  • tbsp  Pigeon pea Toor Dal
  • tbsp  Bengal Gram Split, Channa Dal
  • 1/2 tsp  Rice Raw

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan and dry roast the above ingredients separately. In a medium to low flame and allow them to cool completely.
  • Grind all the ingredients to a smooth powder.
  • Store in an air tight container.
