Kancha gola is a Bengals sweet recipe which can be serve any time. It is very tasteful authentic and traditional recipe. Most of the Bengali people serve in occasion end of the meals.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1 bowl mashed paneer
  • 2 tsp all purpose flour
  • 1/2 bowl sugar powder
  • 2 tsp rose water
  • 2 tsp pure ghee
  • Mango papar pieces
How to cook?
  1. Take a frying pan heat and add pure ghee then all purpose flour and mashed paneer. Stir continuously.
  2. Now add sugar powder and rose water make a soft dough. Give round shaped and garnish with mango papar pieces.
Notes

It can be kept in freeze for a week.
