Ingredients
- 2 Button Mushrooms pkt
- 1/1/4 tbsp Crushed Black Paper crushed black paper
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tbsp Malai
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Oil veg
- Coriander for garnish

Instructions
- Wash and cut the slice of mushrooms. Take a bowl and add salt, black paper, lemon juice, ginger, garlic paste and veg oil. Add mushrooms and mix well, keep it for 10 minutes .
- Heat the butter in a pan and add the mushrooms and 1/4 cup of water, cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on medium hot heat. Now add the malai and stir for 2 minute more add coriander leaves and switch off the gas . Serve with chapati, dal- rice.
Recipe Notes
Do not over cook the mushrooms, and you can use hung curd instead of lemon juice.
