Ingredients
 

  • 200 gm spiny gourd
  • 100 gm cherry tomato
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp white sesame paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • Coriander
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the spiny gourd and cut in pieces.

  • Take a pan add 1 tbsp mustard oil and shallow fry the kakrol. Add turmeric powder and salt. Sprinkle little water.

  • Now add cherry tomato, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, sesame paste, tomato paste and salt.

  • Mix all ingredients then cook for another few minutes. Slowly the texture will become thick.

  • Add garam masala and sprinkle coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
