This chutney is from my Mom's kitchen. Made from raw mangoes, garlic and some spices.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Raw mango medium, kachi keri, peeled, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Jaggery desi
  • 1 tsp cumin seed
  • 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • ½ tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients well in mixer bowl and make smooth paste.
  • Serve with Methi Thepla or Garlic Thepla Paratha or Khichadi.

Notes

You can add jaggery as per your taste.
