Kadhai Paneer

Ingredients
- Paneer fried 14 ounces
- Green Bell Pepper 1 small cubed
- Red Bell Pepper 1 small cubed
- Red onion small cubed
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri Methi 3/4 tsp
- Garlic cloves 3-4 chopped
- Ginger chopped
- Salt
- Kadhai Masala 1/2 tsp or to taste used Shaan
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Puree 1/2 cup
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Whole Dried Red Chilies 2 no
Instructions
- In a kadhai (wok), heat the oil.
- Add the cumin seeds and dry red chilies and let it crackle.
- Add the cubed onions and cook until light pinkish color.
- Now add the bell pepper both red and green and sautee for a few minutes..
- After sauting the veggies, add the tomato puree and mix well. Also add salt, turmeric, kadhai masala, garam masala, red chili powder if needed.
- Let it cook it until the raw smell of tomato puree is gone.
- Then add the fried paneer cubes and mix well so all the masala covers the paneer cubes and cover it.
- Cook for a few minutes so the flavors marry.
- Now add the kasuri methi and mix. Your kadhai paneer is ready to eat.
