Ingredients
- Paneer fried 14 ounces
- 1 Green Bell Pepper cubed
- 1 Red Bell Pepper cubed
- small Red Onion cubed
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 3/4 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 3 cloves Garlic chopped
- Ginger chopped
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Masala used shaan kadhai or taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 no Red Chillies whole dried

Instructions
- In a kadhai (wok), heat the oil.
-  Add the cumin seeds  and dry red chilies and let it crackle.
- Add the cubed onions and cook until light pinkish color.
- Now add the bell pepper both red and green and sautee for a few minutes..
- After sauting the veggies, add the tomato puree and mix well. Â Also add salt, turmeric, kadhai masala, garam masala, red chili powder if needed.
- Let it cook it until the raw smell of tomato puree is gone.
- Â Then add the fried paneer cubes and mix well so all the masala covers the paneer cubes and cover it.
- Â Cook for a few minutes so the flavors marry.
- Â Now add the kasuri methi and mix. Â Your kadhai paneer is ready to eat.
