Ingredients
  

  • Paneer fried 14 ounces
  • Green Bell Pepper 1 small cubed
  • Red Bell Pepper 1 small cubed
  • Red onion small cubed
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi 3/4 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 3-4 chopped
  • Ginger chopped
  • Salt
  • Kadhai Masala 1/2 tsp or to taste used Shaan
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato Puree 1/2 cup
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Whole Dried Red Chilies 2 no

Instructions
 

  • In a kadhai (wok), heat the oil.
  •  Add the cumin seeds  and dry red chilies and let it crackle.
  • Add the cubed onions and cook until light pinkish color.
  • Now add the bell pepper both red and green and sautee for a few minutes..
  • After sauting the veggies, add the tomato puree and mix well.  Also add salt, turmeric, kadhai masala, garam masala, red chili powder if needed.
  • Let it cook it until the raw smell of tomato puree is gone.
  •  Then add the fried paneer cubes and mix well so all the masala covers the paneer cubes and cover it.
  •  Cook for a few minutes so the flavors marry.
  •  Now add the kasuri methi and mix.  Your kadhai paneer is ready to eat.
