  • button mushroom-200gms
  • tomato-2 medium sized pureed
  • Big onion-1
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder-1 tsp
  • coriander powder-1 n 14 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-12 tsp
  • Garam masala-12 tsp
  • jeera powdr-14 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil-1 tbsp
  • fennel seeds-12 tsp
  • Kasuri methi dried fenugreek leaves-few leaves
  • coriander leaves-to garnish


  • 1.Clean the mushroom well  and chop into pieces.Puree the tomato in mixer/blender.Chop the onion into cubes. 
  • 2.Heat oil in a pan,add in fennel seeds followed by cubed onion and saute  till it becomes translucent.then add in ginger garlic paste saute till raw smell goes.Then add in tomato puree and cook ti oil leaves.
  • 3.Then add all dry powders followed by the cleaned,chopped mushroom and mix well.The mushroom will leaves water so don't add water.check for salt.
  • 4.When its almost done add the cubed capsicum and cook for sometimes.Lastly add crushed kasuri methi and switch off.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve for roti / naan.
