  • 1.Clean the mushroom well ย and chop into pieces.Puree the tomato in mixer/blender.Chop the onion into cubes.ย 
  • 2.Heat oil in a pan,add in fennel seeds followed by cubed onion and saute ย till it becomes translucent.then add in ginger garlic paste saute till raw smell goes.Then add in tomato puree and cook ti oil leaves.
  • 3.Then add all dry powders followed by the cleaned,chopped mushroom and mix well.The mushroom will leaves water so don't add water.check for salt.
  • 4.When its almost done add the cubed capsicum and cook for sometimes.Lastly add crushed kasuri methi and switch off.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve for roti / naan.
