Ingredients
- Gramflour 11/2 cup
- Red chilli powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Amchoor powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 2 tsp
- Garlic 6-8
- Salt
- Oil as required
- All purpose flour 2 cups

Instructions
- Prepare a dough of all purpose flour add little oil as a moin.
- Heat oil in a pan. roast gramflour .
- Crush coriander seeds and garlic little
- Add it to gramflour and roast it
- Add all spices and salt
- Prepare equal size pooris of all purpose flour
- Fill the gramflour stuffing in it.prepare kachodis
- Fry in oil on medium heat for uniform cooking
- Cook till brown on both sides
