  • 11/2 cup Gramflour 11/2 Cup gramflour
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 2 tsp Coriander Seeds
  • 6 Garlic
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Oil as required
  • 2 cup All Purpose Flour


  • Prepare a dough of all purpose flour add little oil as a moin.
  • Heat oil in a pan. roast gramflour .
  • Crush coriander seeds and garlic little
  • Add it to gramflour and roast it
  • Add all spices and salt
  • Prepare equal size pooris of all purpose flour
  • Fill the gramflour stuffing in it.prepare kachodis
  • Fry in oil on medium heat for uniform cooking
  • Cook till brown on both sides
