The mangoes are here yet again :-) and time now to get indulged in them in each & every form raw or ripe. I am starting my summers with these beautiful unripe form of Mango as Raw mangoes are good source of B vitamins that are beneficial to maintain good health it can be used in preparing numerous dishes. Due to the presence of vitamin C, they are highly beneficial in strengthening immune system, its good source of protein & It helps in throwing away from all waste products from the body. So guys if really want to start a fresh this summers, indulge in these extremely healthy Chutney which will refresh your stomach!!!

Ingredients for Kachhi Aami Kick

  • 2 medium size raw mangoes
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 4 green chilies
  • 2 green onions white portion only
  • salt to taste

How to cook Kachhi Aami Kick

  1. In a mixer grinder jar add all the ingredients together & coarsely grind.
  2. Now add salt & mix well
  3. Refrigerate & use it anytime with snacks, chapati, breads, pakoras etc. Best tastes with Dal Chawal :-)
