Ingredients
- 250 gm Taro (kachalu)
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds or rai
- 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds methi dana
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1-2 tsp Red chili powder or as per taste
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 3/4 cup Mustard Oil
- 3-4 Green Chillies

Instructions
- Boil, peel and cut kachalu into small pcs. Heat oil in non-stick pan and splutter mustard seeds along with fenugreek seeds.
- Switch off the flame and cool it down a bit.
- Add all spices along with kachalu pcs, green chili. Now switch on the flame and cook for 2-3 min.
- Switch of the flame and cool it down. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Transfer the achar in glass jar and keep in sunlight for 1-2 days. Store at room temperature.
