Ingredients
- Kachalu Colocasia - 250 gms
- Lemon - 1.5 pcs
- Mustard seeds/ Rai - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds/ Methidana - 1 tsp
- Salt Red chili powder, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp each
- Mustard oil - 3/4 cup
- Green chili - a few

Instructions
- Boil, peel and cut kachalu into small pcs. Heat oil in non-stick pan and splutter mustard seeds along with fenugreek seeds. Switch off the flame and cool it down a bit.
- Add all spices along with kachalu pcs, green chili. Now switch on the flame and cook for 2-3 min.
- Switch of the flame and cool it down. Add lemon juice and mix well. Transfer the achar in glass jar and keep in sunlight for 1-2 days. Store at room temperature.
