  • Boil, peel and cut kachalu into small pcs. Heat oil in non-stick pan and splutter mustard seeds along with fenugreek seeds.
  • Switch off the flame and cool it down a bit.
  • Add all spices along with kachalu pcs, green chili. Now switch on the flame and cook for 2-3 min.
  • Switch of the flame and cool it down. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Transfer the achar in glass jar and keep in sunlight for 1-2 days. Store at room temperature.
