Ingredients for Kacche Aam Ki Chutney

  • 2 raw mango/green mango
  • A bunch of fresh mint
  • 4 green chili or as per taste
  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of black salt
  • plane salt 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Pinch of heeng

How to cook Kacche Aam Ki Chutney

  1. Peel,wash and cut into slices, clean the mint and wash in running water, remove the stem of green chili and wash them.
  2. Now blend them with little bit water till smooth. Dish out the chutney serve with paratha or dal chawal .
