This recipe is originated from Bengal. Joynagar is a place where it is famous. This is a seasonal recipe. This is made by palm jaggerry and puffed rice (khoi).

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 100 gms Khoi (puffed rice)
  • 100 gms palm jaggery
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup pistachio
  • 1/4 cup raisin
  • 1/4 cup cashew nut
How to cook?
  1. Take a frying pan add palm jaggery, condensed milk, water half glass, pistachio, raisin, cashew nut.
  2. Joynagarer Moa (bengali)
  3. Make a paste and add puffed rice. Stir continuously then wet both hand and make round shaped like a small ball. Ready to serve.
