Jamun or Black plum is an important summer fruit, associated with many health and medicinal benefits. The black plum is known to relieve stomach pain, is carminative, anti-scorbutic and diuretic. Ingredients
- 1 cup Jamuns washed and deseeded
- 2 cups Cold water
- 1 tablespoon Honey add or reduce as per taste
- 1 pinch Cracked pepper
- 1 pinch Black salt
- 1 Lemon juice squeezed out
- Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
- Into a blender, add the deseeded jamun along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend till a smooth texture is achieved. Adjust lemon juice, pepper and salt at this stage. Add more if necessary.
- Pour into serving glasses; garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
