This is a softy and creamy texture. My father had some where. He taught my mother and I have learnt from her. It has similarlity with pudding. So I thought to share with you.

Ingredients
- 2 raw egg
- 4 bread slices only white portion
- 4 teaspoon Sugar
- Vanilla essence
- Blue berry
- Food colour
- 2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon butter

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl beat eggs add milk, sugar, white bread, fresh cream and vanilla essence.
- Now take a metal bowl add butter and sugar keep on burner. When it will caramelized then add the batter. Bake in a steamer then add blue berry and sprinkle with food colour.
- After 15 minutes check with a prick. It will ready to cut and serve.
Notes
It can be serve hot or cold.
