Instant Sprouts & Carrot Dosa

Instant sprouts & carrot dosa is an excellent way to start a day as it includes mixed sprouts like green gram, black chickpeas, cow peas etc and bansi rava. Easy to prepare and goes delicious with any variety of chutney.

  • 2 cup Mixed Sprouts
  • 1/2 Cup Bansi Rava / Wheat Rava
  • 3 Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 inch Ginger piece
  • 2 Carrots grated
  • Salt
  • Water as needed


  • Wash and add mixed sprouts in a mixer grinder along with bansi rava, green chillies, ginger piece, grated carrot ans salt.
  • Add little water and grind it into fine paste. Batter should not be too thick or thin.
  • Heat non stick pan, take one ladle of batter and prepare like regular dosa. Simmer the flame, cover it with a lid and cook it for a minute.
  • Flip the other side and cook it again till it gets cooked. Once done, remove from the flame and repeat the process for the remaining batter.
  • Serve hot with any variety of Chutney.
