Airfryer Sooji vada are quick replacement of fried dal vada. Delicious, yummy and quick snack recipe which can be prepared in minutes. Check out this simple procedure to make instant semolina vada.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Semolina/ Sooji - 1 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Carrot - 1 cup
  • hredded Salt - As per taste
How to cook?
  1. Mix all ingredients together and keep the mixture for fermentation for about 10-15 mins. Add 1 tsp oil in mixture and prepare vada of desired shape.
  2. Preheat airfryer and air fry vadas at 180 degrees for 8 min. Hot vadas are ready to serv
