Instant idly
When I was in hurry and forget to soak rice and dal I do this instant idly. We need only three ingredients in same quantity ie, semolina, urad flour and rice flour. Just make a thick batter with adding little water. Keep rest for 15 minutes then steam for 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup semolina
- ¼ cup urad flour
- ¼ cup rice flour
- ¼ teaspoon backing soda
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add semolina, urad flour, rice flour and pinch of salt.
- Make a smooth thick batter and keep rest for 15 minutes. After then add baking soda just before steaming.
- Pour the batter into idly make and steam for 15 minutes.
- See how fluffy and soft the instant idly.
- Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar or whatever you like.
