Instant Idli - When I'm in a hurry and forget to soak rice and dal, I make this instant idli. We only need three ingredients in equal quantities: semolina, urad flour, and rice flour. Simply mix them with a little water to form a thick batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes, then steam for 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- ยผ cup Semolina
- ยผ cup Urad Flour
- ยผ cup Rice Flour
- ยผ tsp Baking Soda
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add semolina, urad flour, rice flour and pinch of salt.
- Make a smooth thick batter and keep rest for 15 minutes. After then add baking soda just before steaming.
- Pour the batter into idly make and steam for 15 minutes.
- See how fluffy and soft the instant idly.
- Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar or whatever you like.
