Green chilli has vitamin C, so we can consume in any form. Making pickle is a great art. Pickle has a reflection of a family. This is instant pickle. We can serve this as a side dish with meal.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl Green Chillies slited
- 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder roasted
- 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 2 tbsp Mustard Paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder dried
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Wash green chilli slit and dry in sun. Take a frying pan heat add oil fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds. When seeds wiil crack add turmeric powder. Then add green chilli, salt and sauteed.
- Now add roasted coriander powder, roasted cumin powder and mustard powder and dried mango powder. Mix well switch off the flame. Fill in a jar. It can be preserve in freeze for more than a month.

Can be serve with rice/ paratha/ chapati
