Instant Green Chilli Pickle

Ingredients
- 1 bowl green chilli slited
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp roasted coriander powder
- 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 2 tbsp mustard paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 2 tbsp dried mango powder
- Salt
Instructions
- Wash green chilli slit and dry in sun. Take a frying pan heat add oil fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds. When seeds wiil crack add turmeric powder. Then add green chilli, salt and sauteed.
- Now add roasted coriander powder, roasted cumin powder and mustard powder and dried mango powder. Mix well switch off the flame. Fill in a jar. It can be preserve in freeze for more than a month.
