Spicy and tasty breakfast

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1/4 cup rice powder
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 6-7 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp mustered seeds
  • 1/2 tsp asfoetida
How to cook?
  1. Make a batter with besan, semolina, rice flour, curd, baking soda and salt.
  2. Boil water in a steamer and oil brush a container and pour the batter.
  3. Steam for 15 minutes. Let cool for one minute and cut into pieces.
  4. Now have to sautee. Heat a frying pan add oil mustered seeds. Seeds will crack add curry leaves asafoetida red chilli powder and all dhokla pieces.
  5. Turn both sides will brown and serve hot.
