Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1/4 cup rice powder
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • Salt
  • 6-7 curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon mustered seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon asfoetida

Instructions
 

  • Make a batter with besan, semolina, rice flour, curd, baking soda and salt.
  • Boil water in a steamer and oil brush a container and pour the batter.
  • Steam for 15 minutes. Let cool for one minute and cut into pieces.
  • Now have to sautee. Heat a frying pan add oil mustered seeds. Seeds will crack add curry leaves asafoetida red chilli powder and all dhokla pieces.
  • Turn both sides will brown and serve hot.
