You don't have time but willing to make dahi bada. So let's see how to make. It's easy to make, no need to soak dal only semolina is enough for the recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup semolina suji
  • 2 & 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup sweet chutney
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon hing
  • Black salt
  • Roasted masala
  • Kashmiri mirch
  • Salt water to soak the bada
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add semolina, curd, salt, hing, ginger powder. Mix all together and cover for 30 minutes.
  • Then add baking soda and blend with hand. Soak hand in water, take the batter and deep fry the bada.

  • Then soak the bada in salt water for 5 minutes. Then squeeze the bada from water.
  • Take a serving bowl serve the bada with curd, sweet chutney, black salt, roasted masala and kashmiri mirch.
