Ingredients
- 7 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Clarified Butter or butter unsalted or butter
- 1 tsp Milk

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make smooth dough. Add more flour if its sticky.
- Adjust sugar accordingly.
- Now grease a microwavable plate.
- Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it with your palm.
- Place them on the plate at a distance. Garnish some almond flates on top.
- Now cook in the microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
- Remove and cool it completely. These cookies get hardened slowly.
- Enjoy with a hot cup of coffee.
