Ingredients
- 2 Potato
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1-2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Fenel powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
- 1 bowl Dough or as required

Instructions
- Grate potatoes.
- Add salt and keep aside for 2 minutes.
- Now squeeze and drain access water.
- Add all spices, chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves into the grated potatoes.
- Mix well.
- Take a lemon size dough and roll a little bit and keep a spoonful stuffing in it and make a ball.
- Now roll it lightly.
- Put it on a pre-heated tawa.
- Flip and spread oil.
- Cook from both sides.
- Repeat the process for more parathas.
