Indian Twist Nachos

In this nachos I have given a slight twist by using left over rotis . An I have used rajma ,an white sauce for garnishing which as a blend of Italian mixed herbs

Ingredients
- 5to6 left over chappati
- 1 cup rajma
- Salt
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 to mato chopped
- Few chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon maida
- 1 glass of milk
- 2 cheese cubes grated
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon pepper pd
- Pinch of garam masala pd
- Pinch of chat masala pd

Instructions
- Soak rajma overnight and next day pressure cook it for 8 to 10 whistles
- On the gas in a non stick pan add butter fry maida till light pink then add milk keep stirring till medium consistency then add salt, pepper, an cheese an mix well . Then add the Italian mixed herbs an mix well
- In a kadai add oil cut the left over chappati into pieces an deep fry them till crispy
- Then in a plate add the fried chappati pieces ,then spread the rajma pieces all over it. Then add the white sauce all over it . Sprinkle chat masala pd an garam masala pd. Then add the chopped onions and tomatoes an coriander leaves
Notes
For white sauce if you don’t want to use maida I mean refined flour you can use wheat flour since the taste would be a bit different . I have used from left over chappatis . You can use ur variations in making nachos
