Wood apple drinks is an immunity drink. I added cinnamon powder, ginger powder, jaggery powder, pink salt, lemon and mint leaves.

  • 1 cup mashed wood apple
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp jaggery powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Pink salt to taste
  • Mint leaves


  • I am lucky that I can get fresh fruits from tree.

  • Break the wood apple scoop the flesh, mix with water and strain.
  • Add ginger powder, cinnamon powder, jaggery powder. Lemon juice and salt to taste
  • Serve with ice cubes and mint leaves.
