This is a regional drink in Rajasthan. Due to extremely hot climate they like tamarind drinks. Tamarind is as most ancient food. It has a long history of medicinal uses. Many involved easing stomach discomfort, aiding digestion and use as a laxative. Tamarind preparation are used for fever and sore throat. This fruit is safe during pregnancy, as long as you consume it in moderate amount.

Ingredients
- 1 cup tamarind paste
- Jaggery powder 1/2 cup
- Black salt 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder
- Pink salt 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Tamarind should be soaked, then strain with water. Pour into a bowl add jaggery, black salt, pink salt and mixing well.
- Then add roasted cumin powder and serve with ice cubes.
Notes
It should be consumed fresh otherwise it will get fermentation
