About this recipe

This idly is made by paneer and semolina. It is instant and quick recipe. This idly is soft and fluffy. It can be tiffin box or picnic pack.

Ingredients for Idly With Paneer

  • 1 cup mashed paneer
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashew nut
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustered seeds
  • Oil as required

How to cook Idly With Paneer

  1. Take a frying pan heat and add oil then mustered seeds. When seeds will crack then add curry leaves. Then semolina, chopped cashew nut and pinch of salt and sauteed.
  2. Add mashed paneer with roasted semolina. Make a thick batter.
  3. Fill in the idly mould and steam for ten minutes. Serve with hot Sambhar.

Notes

It is very soft and fluffy.
