Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1/3 cup urad dal
- 1/4 cup barley
- Salt
- 1/2 cup Curd

Instructions
- Over night soaked rice, urad dal and barley. Next day morning make a smooth batter with little bit salt.
- Add 1/2 cup curd with the batter blend with spatula. Blend click wise and will become fluffy.
- Now greece the mould and pour 3/4 in each mould.
- Steam for fifteen minutes. Then remove from the mould.
- Serve with fresh coconut Chutney and Sambhar.
Notes
It is very soft and light due to barley.
