It is a very crunchy dish made of leftover idlies. Require a few ingredients and it is an excellent tea time snack.
- Leftover idlies 4-6
- Vegetable Oil for deep frying
- Chat Masala/ Nariyal Chutney
- Cut idlies into long slices / finger shaped.Heat vegetable oil in a wok and deep fry these slices on a high flame.Serve hot after sprinkling your favorite chat masala . This can also be eaten with green chutney or nariyal chutney.
- Avoid salt if it is already added while making idlis because chat masala/ chutneys also contain salt.
