Mutton Pulav Recipe is an amazing pulav recipe made with mutton and rice. This is one of my favorite rice recipes. Mutton pulav is very common in Hyderabad.

Ingredients
- 500 gms boneless mutton/meat pieces cleaned, washed and boiled well
- 500 gm basanti long grain rice
- 3 medium size sliced onion
- 3 - 4 slit green chilies
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 cup curd
- 1 small cinnamon stick dalchini
- 3 green cardamom
- 2 bayleaf
- 10 nos black pepper corns
- 3 cloves
- 4 tablespoon Oil
- 1 small size capsicum sliced
- Some chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
- Wash basmati long grain rice in running water. Add required water, rice, bayleaf, cloves, black pepper corns, green cardamom, cinnamon and salt to taste in wok. Now cook rice till it done.
- Now heat oil In another deep flat bottom wok. Add onion n cook till it get brown in color.
- Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder with little water saute it n cook till oil starts floating on all over masala.
- Add salt, curd, capsicum n green chilies and mix really well. Add boiled mutton in it and mix well.
- Now add cooked rice on all over masala and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Cover the lid n cook for 10minutes on low flame.
Notes
Add salt when boiling mutton.
U can garnish with barista.
