Bhaturey is a popular and favourite recipe young people. People think that it is very difficult to make. I am showing you a easy method without any baking powder/ yeast or any fermented foods.
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
Homemade curd as required
Make a dough with flour, salt and curd.
Add curd step by step as required. Dough should be good firm then cover and keep aside for 12 hours. After then you will find it has swelled. Divide into small sizes then spread the dough and deep fry.
Serve with chole and enjoy your food.
