How To Make Easy Bhaturey At Home

Bhaturey is a popular and favourite recipe young people. People think that it is very difficult to make. I am showing you a easy method without any baking powder/ yeast or any fermented foods.
Prep Time 12 hours 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 12 hours 25 minutes
Servings 2


  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Homemade curd as required


  • Make a dough with flour, salt and curd.
  • Add curd step by step as required. Dough should be good firm then cover and keep aside for 12 hours. After then you will find it has swelled. Divide into small sizes then spread the dough and deep fry.
  • Serve with chole and enjoy your food.
