Pori Urundai is a healthy snack prepared during festivals. This honey pori urundai is sweetened with honey and completely healthy. This is perfect evening snack for kids after school.

Ingredients
- Puffed rice – 2 cups
- Honey – 1/4 cup
- Peanut butter – 3 tbsp
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp optional
- Coconut flakes – 4 tbsp

Instructions
- Take peanut butter and honey in a pan. Mix and heat it in low flame stirring well.
- Once it melts and comes to pouring consistency, remove from flame. Add vanilla essence and mix.
- Add puffed rice to the honey mixture and mix with a ladle until all the rice gets well coated.
- Transfer the mixture into bowl and allow it to cool a bit. Once it is hot enough to touch, take small amount of mixture and roll into small balls.
- Sprinkle coconut flakes on top and refrigerate it for 30 minutes until it becomes firm.
- The tasty and healthy honey pori urundai is ready.
