Ingredients
  

  • Boiled jackfruit 250 gm
  • Bengal gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Honey 2 tsp
  • Green chilli paste 2 tsp
  • Ginger paste 2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for deep fry 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the boiled jackfruit with salt and lemon juice. Then shallow fry.

  • Take a mixing bowl add bengal gram flour, rice flour, baking powder, chilli paste, ginger paste, honey, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder, 1 tbsp hot oil, lemon juice and salt.

  • Mix well then slowly add water and make a smooth batter.

  • Take a spoon dip shallow fried jackfruit into the batter and deep fry.

  • Serve with green chilli sauce and salsa made by honey.
