Ingredients
- Boiled jackfruit 250 gm
- Bengal gram flour 1/2 cup
- Rice flour 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Honey 2 tsp
- Green chilli paste 2 tsp
- Ginger paste 2 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Roasted coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil for deep fry 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Salt

Instructions
- Marinate the boiled jackfruit with salt and lemon juice. Then shallow fry.
- Take a mixing bowl add bengal gram flour, rice flour, baking powder, chilli paste, ginger paste, honey, roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder, 1 tbsp hot oil, lemon juice and salt.
- Mix well then slowly add water and make a smooth batter.
- Take a spoon dip shallow fried jackfruit into the batter and deep fry.
- Serve with green chilli sauce and salsa made by honey.
Notes
Jackfruit can be consume every day.
