- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 5 - 7 Cloves
- 3 tbsp Whole Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp Ginger Powder dried
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 - 2 Mint leaves dried
- 1 tbsp Lemon Grass dried

- Blend all the ingredients into fine powder.
- Let it cool completely and store in the air-tight container.
