Homemade Chocolates

Ingredients
- Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
- Milk powder - 1/4 cup
- Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup
- Cocoa butter – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Sieve milk powder, powdered sugar and cocoa powder and keep aside.
- Heat water in a vessel and add another vessel upon it for double boiling.
- Add chocoa butter and melt it completely.
- Once it is completely melted add in sieved milk powder, powdered sugar and cocoa powder in it and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the chocolate mould and refrigerate it for 30 min.
- After 30 min unmould the chocolates and enjoy!!
Notes
- Use good quality ingredients for better result.
- You can also use coconut oil instead of cocoa butter.
- If you don’t have chocolate mould, you can use ice cube tray.
