Ingredients
 

  • 1 bowl Basmati Rice cooked and cooled which makes
  • 2 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Celery finely chopped
  • 3 bulb White springonions portion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onions green portion finely chopped
  • 1/2 leaves Parsley fresh finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp White Pepper Powder or as preferred
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a wide pan . Add chopped celery . Sauté for a minute . Add garlic and sauté till aroma releases . Add the herbs one by one .
  • Toss all quickly . Add salt and red chilli flakes .
  • Add soya sauce . Add the cooled rice and toss gently till herbs and sauce coat well the rice grains .
  • Sprinkle white pepper powder . Garnish with spring onions green . Serve hot .
