Herbed Fried Rice is an flavourful fried rice with the goodness of fresh and dry herbs . Herbed Fried Rice is a mild dish which could be fed for little children as well . Herbs like parsley , spring onions , dried thyme , oregano is used .

Ingredients
- 1 bowl Basmati Rice (cooked and cooled which makes)
- 2 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp Celery (finely chopped)
- 3 bulb White (springonions portion finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup Spring Onions (green portion finely chopped)
- 1/2 leaves Parsley (fresh finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Thyme (dried)
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp White Pepper Powder (or as preferred)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce

Instructions
- Heat oil in a wide pan . Add chopped celery . Sauté for a minute . Add garlic and sauté till aroma releases . Add the herbs one by one .
- Toss all quickly . Add salt and red chilli flakes .
- Add soya sauce . Add the cooled rice and toss gently till herbs and sauce coat well the rice grains .
- Sprinkle white pepper powder . Garnish with spring onions green . Serve hot .
