Ingredients
  

  • soya powder or soya granules
  • boiled mashed potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • garam masala powder
  • chilly flakes
  • dired oregano
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • bread slices
  • milk
  • green peas boiled and crushed
  • green chillies

Instructions
 

  • soak soya granules in water till soft for 10 mins. drain all the water and add the granules to a bowl. add boiled mashed potatoes, salt and pepper, oregano,chilly flakes,coriander,peas,garam masla. and mix well.
  • soak bread in milk till it absorbs the milk, squeese the bread and crumble it in the potato mixture, mix well.
  • shape the mixture into round patties and roast on a nonstick grill pan.

  • assemble the burger. add low fat mayo. place the patty. top with onion rings. add a slice of cheese(optional). spread sweet chilli sauce on the other slice, you can grill the buns also if you wish. serve hot.
