Healthy Idly
We are habituated with different types of Idly. This is one of the healthy Idly but I have not added any dal. I have taken equal quantity of semolina, rice flour and bajra flour. You may try this one for your batter taste.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Semolina
- ¼ cup Bajra Flour
- ¼ cup Rice Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt of, or as per taste

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add semolina, bajra flour, rice flour and pinch of salt.
- Mix together to avoid the lump, then slowly add water. Make a perfect consistency for making Idly.
- Give a oil on the Idly mold then keep the thick batter. Steam for 10 -15 minutes. After streaming see how fluffy it is done
- Serve with sambhar, coconut chutney or whatever you wish.
