Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  • Sift together 1/2 Cup Fine Sooji and 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder and 1 tsp Baking Soda. Add 3/4 ( 175 ml ) Cup sweetened condensed milk, 1.5 Cups milk, 1 tsp Vanilla essence, 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder, 1/2 Cup chocolate Chips.
  • Mix gently till the batter is smooth. Won't take much time. Do a taste test and add some sugar if needed. I keep my brownies on a less sweet side so I added 1 tbs sugar.
  • Pour into a greased bread loaf pan or a cake pan and bake it for about 25 minutes. Remember that every oven is different.
  • If you like soft gooey undercooked brownie , you might want to decrease the baking time by 5 minutes. I baked till the tooth pick came out clean.  Enjoy!!
  • Note: in Otg its done in 25 minutes. I did it in convection oven and took 50 minutes. The batter is quite runny.
