Ingredients for Healthy Chia Cupcakes

  • chia seeds-1/3 cup
  • olive oil-1/3 cp
  • plain flour/maida-1/2 cup
  • atta/whole wheat flour- 1/2 cup
  • salt-a pinch
  • coconut sugar- 1/2 cup
  • condensed milk- 1/4 cup
  • cinnamon-1 tsp
  • chocolate chips- 1/2 cup
  • cocoa powder-1 tbsp
  • vanilla extract- 1 tsp
  • milk-1/2 cup
  • vinegar-1 tbsp
  • baking powder-1 tsp
  • baking soda- 1tsp

How to cook Healthy Chia Cupcakes

  1. in a bowl, sift maida, atta,baking powder,cocoa powder , baking soda, salt and cinnamon. mix and keep aside,

  2. in a bowl, add milk,vinegar,coconut sugar,condensed milk and vanilla extract.

  3. fold the dry ingridients and wet ingridients and add chia seeds and chocolate chips. bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 30-40 mins.
