This is a very simple vegetable which can be made quicly for breakfast or to pack it in tiffin

Ingredients
- 250 gm spring onions
- 2 potato big size
- 4 cloves garlic sliced into long pieces
- Salt as per taste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 pinch nigella seed kalongi

Instructions
- Wash and cut spring onions. Cut the leafy part separately and the onion bulb separately. Cut potatoes like you would cut for french fries.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add kalongi and garlic cloves, after 30 secs add white part of the onion. Saute it and add the potatoes.
- Fry them for a minute and then add green part.
- Add green chillies, salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and let it cook on sim flame for about 10-15 mins. Check the potatoes to make sure it is properly cooked.
- Serve this crunchy sabzi with paratha. It tastes different and yummy and adds variety to the regular sabzis we eat.
