Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm spring onions
  • 2 potato big size
  • 4 cloves garlic sliced into long pieces
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 pinch nigella seed kalongi

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut spring onions. Cut the leafy part separately and the onion bulb separately. Cut potatoes like you would cut for french fries.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add kalongi and garlic cloves, after 30 secs add white part of the onion. Saute it and add the potatoes.

  • Fry them for a minute and then add green part.
  • Add green chillies, salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and let it cook on sim flame for about 10-15 mins. Check the potatoes to make sure it is properly cooked.
  • Serve this crunchy sabzi with paratha. It tastes different and yummy and adds variety to the regular sabzis we eat.
