Hare Matar Ke Chilke Aur Aloo Ki Sabji
Ingredients
- 2 cup Green Peas skin
- 2 Potato medium size
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- 1 tsp Green Chillies chopped
- 2 tsp Dry Mango Powder dry
- 1 tsp Oil
- leaves Coriander chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin

Instructions
- Peel the potato and cut them into small cubs and keep into the water.
- Heat the oil in the pan and crackle the cumin seeds, saute the onion and green chilli.
- Now add the ginger, garlic paste cook till it lite golden and then add the green peas skin and potato.
- Put salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cook with lid to 5 minute only.
- Add dry mango powder mix and switch the flame.
