Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup Green Peas skin
  • 2 Potato medium size
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies chopped
  • 2 tsp Dry Mango Powder dry
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • leaves Coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potato and cut them into small cubs and keep into the water.

  • Heat the oil in the pan and crackle the cumin seeds, saute the onion and green chilli.
  • Now add the ginger, garlic paste cook till it lite golden and then add the green peas skin and potato.
  • Put salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cook with lid to 5 minute only.
  • Add dry mango powder mix and switch the flame.
