  • 2 cup Green peas skin
  • 2 medium size potato
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp

How to cook Hare Matar Ke Chilke Aur Aloo Ki Sabji

  1. Peel the potato and cut them into small cubs and keep into the water.

  2. Heat the oil in the pan and crackle the cumin seeds, saute the onion and green chilli.
  3. Now add the ginger, garlic paste cook till it lite golden and then add the green peas skin and potato.
  4. Put salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cook with lid to 5 minute only.
  5. Add dry mango powder mix and switch the flame.
