Cranberry pickle
We indians are always favour of pickle. It gives the food more tasty. That's why I try the pickle at home. Here I made cranberry pickle added with green chillies and five spices masala. I dehydrated cranberry and green chillies there should not any moisture. Then I added five spices masala, garam masala, salt and mustard oil. After 2 weeks pickle will ready to eat.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Cranberry
- 100 gm Green Chillies
- 50 gm Five Spices Masala
- 10 gm Garam Masala
- 100 gm Mustard Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Cut the cranberry with two pieces and green chillies slitted. Then keep in sun for a day.
- Dry roast equal quantity of fennel seeds, Fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, black corn, cloves, few cardamom, cinnamon sticks.
- Roughly ground all these spices, then take a mixing bowl. Add all these ingredients, mustard oil and salt. Mix evenly then keep in a glass jar.
- After 2 weeks it will ready to consume. It can be stored for a year.
