Hara Kebab With Curd Chutney
Advertisement
This healthy Hara kebab made with less ingredients. Hara means I used green peas and bathua paste. Bathua has natural minerals like iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorus. It is rich in fibre and good for constipation. Get relief from body pain. In this way we must try such a recipe which has natural benefits and obviously it should be tasty. I used kebab masala which is made by red chilli, bay leaves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, Star anis, cloves, nutmeg, black cardamom, poppy seeds. These are all roasted then grounded. This masala can be stored in air tight container for a few days. So no need to run for spices. For dip I used curd and green chutney.
